Context

In the light of its digitalisation JMS Tax Audit is looking for a polyglot and ambitious Key Account Manager to join the team throughout this transition. Thanks to its interactive and innovative new platform, the portfolio management of its 300+ companies will allow 360-degree requests to be handled smoothly in response to client needs. From legal and fiscal management to financial, social and administrative requests, clients and the Key Account Manager will collaborate closely, making this position a key contributor to the team's success and client satisfaction.

02

Definition

While every account corresponds to a client's company, the Key Account Manager will oversee the portfolio by handling, communicating and dispatching recurring and non-recurring requests within the team of internal and external consultants. The Key Account Manager will ensure the prompt commercialisation of those requests and follow them through to completion. He/she will be a key player in the client relationship and the fulfilment of the client's account management.

03

Responsibilities

The Key Account Manager advises clients on the strategy to adopt and the actions to be taken. He/she therefore has a good knowledge and understanding of the commercialised services offered by JMS Group, its departments and the role of every internal and external consultant. Moreover, the Key Account Manager can understand complex challenges faced by the client and transform them into simple tasks for the team to execute. Those requests will be managed through the platform, allowing clear and transparent communication between the client and JMS offices.

04

Missions

The Key Account Manager ensures the quality of the services offered to clients and seeks innovative solutions to serve them better. Responsible for customer relations, he/she informs the customer of the progress of requests, directly contributes to the management of the company and advises on the strategic plan. He/she ensures that the client is always satisfied, brings real added value to the services provided and promotes our services as products. The Key Account Manager is not a sales hunter but a grower, capable of detecting and responding to wants and needs through internal and external upselling and cross-selling. He/she ensures personalised and continuous follow-up of client requests, maintains an overall vision based on results analysis and provides regular reports to the client and team. The role also involves proposing ways to increase competitiveness and responding to client challenges and urgent needs. Managing several clients simultaneously requires strong organisation and efficient time management. The Key Account Manager works with existing customers and may also prospect for new ones. This varied role involves many different interlocutors, making communication and negotiation skills essential. Excellent interpersonal skills are also required to build a relationship of trust with clients during both good and challenging times.
